Why do I need a New Boiler?

Many properties across the UK currently have inefficient boilers installed which are more than 10 years old, most customers are wasting money and energy by continuing to maintain unreliable heating systems. Modern A-Rated Boilers convert up to 98% of the energy they use into heat, thus saving you money on your heating bills.

Since April 2018, the Building Regulations changed which means all boiler installations must include a timer and room thermostat. In addition, combi boiler installations must also include either Weather compensation, Load compensation, Flue gas heat recovery or some form of Smart control with automation and optimisations.

Will replacing radiators save me money?

Radiator performance has improved significantly in recent years, modern radiators can be up to 50% more efficient than older ones and this increased efficiency can help lower energy bills, meaning that your new radiators will eventually pay for themselves. Older radiators also tend to be single panel, replacing these with double panel radiators will mean rooms become warmer quicker, reducing the amount of time your central heating is on.

If you’re thinking about installing new radiators then it makes sense to add thermostatic radiator valves too. Additionally, Smart thermostatic radiator valves can be installed to monitor activity in each room and heat them accordingly, they can also be programmed from your smartphone.
